These terms are an agreement between you and Topdeck. By using the app you accept them.
Topdeck lets you view and edit values in save files of single-player games installed on hardware you own. You install a helper program on that machine; the app talks to it over your local network and carries out the changes you ask for.
Topdeck is for offline, single-player games. The app refuses to operate on titles where it detects anti-cheat software. You agree not to attempt to use Topdeck against online or multiplayer games. Doing so may result in your game account being suspended or banned by the game publisher, and we are not responsible for that outcome.
You are responsible for how you use Topdeck, including compliance with the end-user license agreements of the games you own. Modifying save files may violate a publisher's terms and may break your saves. The app creates a backup of the original file before every write, but you should keep your own backups of anything you care about.
Topdeck requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Support for a specific game depends on whether its save format has been analysed successfully. We do not guarantee that any particular game is supported, or that it will remain supported after the game is updated by its publisher.

Topdeck is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will work with any specific game. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost saves, lost progress, suspended game accounts, or other indirect damages.
You may stop using Topdeck and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
