Topdeck ("we", "the app") is a companion app that lets you manage save files of single-player games on your own Steam Deck, Steam Machine, or PC. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we never touch.
Account information. When you sign in we store an account identifier and, depending on how you sign in, one of the following:
Subscription status. Whether your subscription is active and when it expires. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details.
Game structure data (optional). When a modification succeeds, the app can record the structure of that game's save file — file paths with your username and Steam ID replaced by placeholders, the data format, and which fields are editable. This lets other users of the same game skip the analysis step. You can turn this off in Settings.
The helper program you install on your Deck or PC runs entirely on your own hardware and talks to the app over your local network. Save file contents never leave your local network and never reach our servers.
Account data is stored on our server in Singapore. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. We retain account data until you delete your account.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We share data only with:
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. This permanently removes your account and subscription records from our servers. Backups of your game saves stay on your own computer and are not affected.
You may also request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, by emailing littlehumangroup@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Topdeck is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
